Dena honed her skills at The Culinary Institute of America, earning both an associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Advanced Wine and Beverage Hospitality. Her culinary adventure took her to renowned establishments, including a stint as a line cook at Disney's California Grill and experiences in Napa Valley at the Grey Stone Campus.

Post-graduation, Dena dedicated over 8 years to the hotel food and beverage industry, leaving her mark at esteemed establishments such as the Four Seasons in Washington DC and, most recently, with Highgate Hotels in the bustling heart of New York City.
